TS-P5110 series elevator wire rope flaw detection (rope) system is a set of flaw detection system designed and developed for high-speed elevator industry. This system is designed and manufactured for various kinds of damage, such as wire breaking, fatigue, rusting, abrasion, compression, distortion and so on, during the use of high-speed and large-diameter elevator wire rope. It is designed and manufactured for regular local flaw detection of steel wire rope in service and vulnerable parts in service. It can accurately assess the safety situation of elevator wire ropes and provide scientific judgement and reliable guarantee for the users. Authoritative authentication, TST magnetic technology with incomparable high accuracy and reliability makes elevator rope safety hidden trouble.

System constitution

TST the detection system for elevator wire rope is composed of TS-P5110 magnetizing body, detector, data processing unit and flaw detection information service.

Magnetoelectric complementarity -- the use of "TST variable compensation sensor" to build "three dimensional magnetic induction bridge" flaw detection process device, real-time capture wire rope damage signal; in the electromagnetic circuit and the "damage magnetic field" electromagnetic induction interaction, the wire rope damage and hidden trouble extraction.

Stroke measurement using high-precision photoelectric encoder to provide high-density sampling signal, accurately recording damage location information.

Data processing unit

Parsing recognition the kernel selects embedded processor, external expansion capacity RAM and Flash Memory storage, high precision DAC control, high speed and high precision ADC sampling, and embedded program is used for logic demodulation, recognition, analysis and storage according to the digital model recognition model.

Information interconnection - Industrial Ethernet is used to achieve data information, instruction response and interconnection with the detection information service.
