It belongs to the intelligent automatic monitoring device for flaw detection engineering. The system adopts the all-weather unattended automatic flaw detection and supervision mode, which is conducive to comprehensively and timely understanding the use of wire rope in operation and ensuring safety.

The system integrates three technologies, including "three dimensional magnetic induction bridge", "variable compensation sensor", "self balancing synchronous excitation", "half closed magnetic circuit and sensor distribution", "structural form", "special software" and other patent combination innovation technology integration. It realizes all-weather online real-time automatic detection, sound and light alarm and remote supervision. It can check the internal and external broken wires, wear and rust corrosion of wire ropes at any time. Fatigue, deformation and other damage values, location, type and other damage information, print the flaw detection report regularly.
