The TST wire rope flaw detection (Engineering) system V3.0 is designed for on-line real-time automatic flaw detection of four / six rope hoist rope. It can be adapted to different lifting forms for flexible adjustment and installation. It belongs to the all-purpose flaw detection engineering automation device. The integration of three dimensional magnetic induction bridge and self balancing synchronous excitation technology has adopted the all-weather waiting mode automatic monitoring system, which is conducive to comprehensively and timely understanding the use of wire rope in operation and ensuring production safety.
